We served as a non-voting Board Observer with Securonix. In 2017, We helped Securonix raise their Series A by partnering with Volition Capital and Eight Roads and a follow-on Series B round in 2019. We partially exited Securonix in 2022 in a PE opportunity with Vista Equity. We remain an investor and Advisory Board member in this exciting company

Session Guardian

Phase 2 Investments lead the Seed Series investment in Session Guardian in 2022 and we serve as Lead Board member working closely with the company.

Robin Hood Ventures is a premier angel group located in Philadelphia. Our 20+ year relationship involves many companies during that time. We sit on one RHV Investee company board as the Series A representative and are co-invested in other companies.
